Directions
Preheat oven to 350º F.
In skillet, sauté almonds in butter, stirring constantly until almonds are lightly browned.
Place Alouette Baby Brie on cookie sheet. Top with the sautéed almonds and apricot jam (if desired).
Bake for 12 minutes until soft (not melted) and heated.
Serve warm with apple and pear wedges and French bread.
