Directions
Mix flour, salt and pepper in a shallow pan.
Spread cutlets on a cutting board.
Using a butter knife, spread a thin layer of Alouette® Garlic & Herbs Spreadable Cheese on top of each cutlet.
Carefully roll cutlets up jelly-roll style.
Dredge each roll-up in flour and secure with a toothpick.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté roll-ups over medium heat until golden brown.
Remove from pan and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil; serve warm.
Note:
Substitute veal cutlets in place of chicken.
