Alouette^® Crème de Brie^® Gourmet Grilled Cheese Sandwich Recipe

¼ cup prepared pesto sauce
8 slices sourdough bread (from a round loaf)
8 thin slices of prosciutto
1 pkg. (5 oz.) Alouette Crème de Brie, Original
4 tbsp. butter (softened)

Spread 4 slices of bread with 1 tbsp. pesto and top with two slices of prosciutto.

Spread Alouette Crème de Brie on remaining 4 slices of bread and put sandwiches together.

Spread one side of each sandwich with ½ tbsp. softened butter. Place each sandwich with buttered side down in a skillet and spread the remaining butter on tops of sandwiches.

Grill sandwiches on each side until the cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
