Directions
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Whisk together the Alouette Spreadable Cheese, eggs, and sour cream in a large bowl until well blended.
Stir in the shrimp, onion, and 1 tsp. lemon zest until well mixed.
Pour into a 13 x 9 inch non-stick baking pan and bake at 350° F for 30 minutes or until set.
Cut the warm frittata into squares and garnish with remaining lemon zest.
Tips: This recipe can be served warm or cold and cut into small squares for use as an appetizer.
