Season the pork chops generously with salt and pepper.

In a 12” skillet, heat vegetable oil over high. As the oil starts to smoke, add pork chops cooking about 4 minutes per side, until no longer pink in the middle.

Set aside pork chops to rest while making the sauce.

Reduce heat under pan to medium. Add chopped shallot and sauté for a minute to soften.
Add white wine and let evaporate for a minute. Then add Alouette Soft Spreadable Cheese, mustard and thyme.

Whisk together until smooth.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Spoon the sauce over the pork chops and serve.
