Directions
Spread nuts on waxed paper on work surface. Drop rounded teaspoons of Crème de Brie onto nuts; roll to completely cover cheese. Set aside. Cheese will flatten into disks.
Toss salad greens, pear, cranberries and vinaigrette in medium bowl. Divide between 2 salad plates or bowls. Top with nut-covered cheese disks.
*To toast nuts, spread in small skillet. Heat over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes, shaking and stirring until golden brown. Cool.
