White or Dark Chocolate Truffle Cups Recipe

Product: Alouette® Cuisine Crème Fraîche

Ingredients

1 pkg. (7 oz.) Alouette Cuisine Crème Fraîche
8 oz., premium quality white or bittersweet chocolate, broken into small pieces
1 tbsp. of your favorite liqueur such as almond, coffee, orange, raspberry (optional)
1 pkg. (2.1 oz.) frozen mini phyllo shells, thawed


Directions

Heat Alouette Crème Fraîche over medium heat until it softens to a thick liquid consistency.

Remove from heat and add chocolate. Stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Add liqueur if desired.

Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.

Pipe into phyllo shells and serve.
