Directions
Place each flatbread on a cookie sheet. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of olive oil over each flatbread.
Using your fingers smear the olive oil evenly over the bread.
Drain oil from sundried tomatoes. Evenly distribute the tomatoes, artichoke hearts, spinach and cheese between the 2 flatbreads.
Bake in a preheated 400 oven, for 10-12 minutes, until flatbread begins to get crispy. Keep on eye on the pizza as it bakes because flatbread will brown quickly.
