Alouette® Brie Log and Onion and Mushroom Pizza

Ingredients

Alouette® Brie Log
1 ea. prepared pizza shell
4 oz .split in half butter or vegetable oil
2 cups sliced sweet onions
2 cups sliced wild mushrooms 


Directions

Preheat oven to 400° F use pizza stone if available
In separate sauté pans saute onions and mushrooms until well cooked
After cooking drain each well
Place onions and mushrooms liberally on the pizza shell
Slice the Alouette® Brie Log into 10 -12 slices and place in a decorative fashion on the pizza
Bake pizza in the oven for 8-12 minutes until heated well and cheese becomes slightly brown
