Directions
Heat broiler on high heat
Slice the French bread about ½ inch thick on the bias
Grill or broil each slice of bread until crispy and golden brown set aside
Meanwhile sauté the sliced onions in butter over moderate heat until translucent and slightly brown
Spread each slice of grilled baguette with 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
Place approximately ½ oz. of roast beef on each baguette
Slice Alouette® Brie Log into 12 even slices and top each sandwich with one slice of cheese
Place sandwiches on a sheet tray and put under the broiler for 1-2 minutes until well heated and cheese begins to melt
