Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F
Peel and slice potatoes ¼ inch thick
Boil in salted water until slightly tender but still firm
Drain and set aside to cool
Slice Alouette® Brie Log in 10 -12 even slices and place on a sheet tray and refrigerate
When potatoes are cool enough to handle
Begin placing potatoes then cheese by alternating slices in a oven proof baking dish
Season with salt and pepper
Place in oven and bake until golden brown
