Alouette® Garlic and Herb Brie Wedge Individual Open Face Stromboli

Ingredients

1 ea. Alouette® Garlic and Herb Brie wedge

1 ea. Prepared Pizza dough
1ea. small onion sliced and sautéed
1 ea. red pepper sliced and sautéed
4 oz. mushrooms
6 slices capicola
4 oz. pepperoni



Directions

Preheat oven to 375° F
Place Alouette® Garlic and Herb Brie Wedge on a flat surface
Using an adjustable  wire cheese slicer slice into six triangle wedge shaped slices
Roll out prepared pizza dough
Cut into 6 even wedges
Top each pizza dough wedge with onions, peppers, mushrooms , capicola and pepperoni leaving edges exposed
Top each prepared piece  with a slice of Alouette® Garlic and Herb Brie Wedge
Bake for 10-12 minutes
