Directions
Preheat oven to 375° F
Place Alouette® Garlic and Herb Brie Wedge on a flat surface
Using an adjustable wire cheese slicer slice into six triangle wedge shaped slices
Cut pizza shell into six even slices
Top each slice with pizza sauce leaving edges uncovered
Arrange mushrooms and pepperoni neatly on each slice
Top each slice with a slice of Alouette® Garlic and Herb Brie Wedge
Bake for 10 -12 minutes
This recipe makes an Elegant upscale pizza easy to eat and a twist on a traditional pizza
Also individual slices can be prepared and baked at a later time
