Directions
Place Alouette® Garlic and Herb Brie Wedge on a flat surface
Using a wire cheese slicer slice into six triangle wedge shaped slices
Carefully spread pesto on top of five of the layer leaving one of the rind slices void of pesto
Carefully reassemble the wedge placing pesto side to cheese side
Wrap and refrigerate overnight
Serve on cheese board with fresh baked bread or your favorite crackers
