Alouette® Iceberg Wedge Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. (4 oz.) Alouette® Crumbled Blue Cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 head iceberg lettuce cut in 6 wedges
6 each slices of bacon
1/4 cup chopped walnut pieces
salt and pepper to taste


Directions

Combine Mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and sour cream in a bowl and whisk well.
Add Alouette® Crumbled Blue Cheese and mix well, then refrigerate.
In a small skillet, sauté bacon until crisp. Remove from skillet to a plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
Once cooled, chop into small pieces and reserve.
Place a wedge on each serving plate.
Spoon prepared dressing over the top of the iceberg wedges.
Top with the crispy bacon pieces, chopped walnut pieces and serve immediately.
