Baked Brie with Nuts

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, pecans or almonds
  • 1 pkg. (8 ounce) Alouette® Baby Brie® Original
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 325ºF.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan until it foams, add the nuts and sauté until browned, do not burn
  3. Carefully remove the white rind from the top of the Alouette® Baby Brie® Original
  4. Arrange the nuts on the top of the cheese, lightly sprinkle with the brown sugar
  5. Transfer to an ovenproof serving dish and bake for 5-8 minutes or until heated through
