Goat Cheese Provencal Mini Tacos

Cheese: Crumbles Provencal Goat Cheese

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Makes: 30 Appetizers

Difficulty: Moderate

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag tortilla scoops
  • 1 each prepared guacamole
  • 1 jar salsa, drained
  • 1 pkg. (4 ounces) Alouette® Goat Cheese Crumbled Provencal

Directions:

  1. Place tortilla scoops on sheet tray
  2. Fill each scoop with 1 teaspoon of guacamole
  3. Top each filled scoop with 1 teaspoon of salsa
  4. Sprinkle Alouette® Goat Cheese Crumbled Provencal liberally on each assembled mini taco
  5. Serve as a passed hors d’oeuvre

Variations: Top with Alouette® Goat Cheese Crumbled, or Alouette® Feta Crumbled Cheese
