Alouette® All Natural Berries & Cream - Award Winning Flavor

Berries N Cream

Recognized at the 2009 United States Championship Cheese Contest in the “Flavored Sweet or Dessert Cheeses Category”, Alouette® All Natural Berries & Cream won first place or “Best of Class”. The judges singled out Alouette® Berries & Cream amongst entries from the best cheesemakers in the country and gave it a nearly perfect 99.6 score.

Alouette® is America's Best  Brie

Alouette® Brie has been honored with the ChefsBest® Award for Best taste since 2006. ChefsBest® is the independent judging organiziation dedicated to recognizing and honoring the best food products in America. The ChefsBest® Certified Master Tasters® say that a high-quality Brie cheese "should be rich and creamy" with a balanced combination of "…buttery, dairy, and nutty…" flavors. The ChefsBest® website states this about Alouette®: "So much about a great brie cheese has to do with how well it was aged, and Alouette® certainly understands the importance. Alouette® had a bright and complex character with well-balanced tastes."

Alouette® recently received the 2010 World Championship Cheese Award.

Alouette recently received the 2010 World Championship Cheese Award for two of our All Natural cheeses. Alouette® Savory Vegetable Soft Spreadable Cheese won Best in Class in the Flavored Spreadable Cheese Category with its unique all natural formula. Alouette® Baby Brie® Hickory Smoked Wedge took the prize for Best in Class awarded in the Smoked Cheeses category.
