Alouette® Introduces Baby Brie® Wedge

All natural Baby Brie hits shelves
New Holland, PA (May 27, 2009) -- Alouette® announced the introduction of its new all-natural Baby Brie® Wedge, which is available in the specialty cheese case of supermarkets and grocery stores nationwide.

Alouette® Baby Brie® is the 2008 Chef’s Best® Award recipient, and the only double crème, all-natural Brie available to consumers nationwide. The new Alouette® Baby Brie® Wedge packaging features unique parchment paper packaging, a protective tray, along with a fully-enrobed rind to ensure exceptional quality of the cheese. This new package proved consumer-preferred in testing to typical foil-wrapped packaging. The new wedge is available in 7 oz. sizes and two distinct flavors, Traditional and Smoked. The Alouette® Baby Brie® wedges retail for $6.99 (7 oz. wedge).
