Brandied Apricot Brie
1 Cup Apricot Preserves
2 Tbsp. Brandy (optional)
2 Tbsp. Orange Juice
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 Package Alouette Double Creme Brie (13.2 oz.)
1 French Baguette
1. Mix preserves, brandy, orange juice, and cinnamon in a microwave safe bowl.
2. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes or until sauce begins to bubble.
3. Place Alouette Brie in a shallow dish and top with the apricot sauce.
4. Microwave uncovered on high for 10 to 20 seconds or until cheese softens.
5. Serve with a baguette.
