2 package (2.1 oz each) Frozen Phyllo Tartlet Shells
1 package Alouette Original Crème de Brie (5 oz.), at room temperature
30 cooked salad shrimp (about 5 oz.)
2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ tsp. Grated Orange Peel
1 Tbsp. Orange Juice
1 Tbsp. Chopped Chives
¼ tsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/8 tsp. Garlic, finely minced
Steps
1. Arrange tartlet shells on 2 serving plates. Spoon a tsp. of Alouette Crème de Brie in each shell.
2. In a medium bowl, combine shrimp and all remaining ingredients. Toss to coat shrimp.
3. Place 1 shrimp over cheese in each shell.
4. Spoon a little of the remaining mixture over shrimp. Serve immediately.
