1 pkg. Alouette Crème de Brie
3 ea. Large eggs, beaten
¾ C Heavy cream
1ea. Shallots (sliced and sautéed)
1/4 C Shredded Swiss cheese
20 – 24 ea. Mini tartlets
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Combine the eggs, cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg in a mixing bowl
3. Fold in Alouette ® Crème de Brie and shallots
4. Pour the egg mixture into tartlet shells
5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the egg mixture is set.
6. Garnish with chopped rosemary
