Ravioli & Asparagus with Garlic & Herb Cream Sauce

1 pkg. Alouette Garlic & Herbs Soft Spreadable Cheese
1 Lb. Cheese Ravioli (cooked as directed)
2 oz. Vegetable stock
2 oz. Heavy Cream
1 Tbsp. Chopped parsley
1 bunch small asparagus spears, blanched


1. Combine Vegetable stock and heavy cream in a sauce pot and bring to a simmer
2. Slowly whisk in the Alouette Garlic & Herbs
3. Continue heating and whisking until thoroughly heated remove from heat
4. Reheat raviolis, drain and place in serving bowl
5. Drizzle Alouette Garlic & Herbs sauce over ravioli’s
6. Garnish asparagus spears and chopped parsley
