Spicy Mediterranean Shrimp Bites

Ingredients
1 pkg. Alouette Spinach & Artichoke Soft Spreadable Cheese
5 Pita bread
16 16-20 size shrimp peeled & deveined
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 tsp. Paprika
½ tsp. Cayenne pepper
Instructions
1. Marinate the shrimp in olive oil, paprika and cayenne pepper for 15 minutes
2. Grill or sauté the shrimp, once cooked refrigerate for 2 hrs.
3. To assemble cut the pita bread into quarters, spread with Alouette Spinach & Artichoke
4. Top with chilled cooked shrimp and serve
