
Ingredients
2 Medium Red Bell Peppers, cut in strips
1 Cup Mushrooms, sliced
3 Cups Fresh Broccoli Florets
3 Cups Summer Squash (any type), sliced
1 Package any Alouette Soft Spreadable Cheese (6.5 oz.)
Steps
For Grill Cooking:
1. Preheat grill to medium high.
2. Layer vegetables evenly in the center of a piece of aluminium foil. Spoon Alouette Soft Spreadable Cheese on top of vegetables. Fold the sides of the foil over to create a pouch.
3. Place on grill, cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
4. Using oven mitts, carefully place foil pouch on baking sheet and open, allowing the steam to escape.
For Oven Cooking:
1. Preheat oven to 450 F. Insert ingredients in aluminum foil cooking bag as directed above.
2. Place sealed foil pouch on baking sheet and bake 20-25 minutes.
