1 Package Alouette Sundried Tomato & Basil Soft Spreadable Cheese (6.5 oz.)
1 Package Alouette Crème Fraiche (7 oz.)
1 Cup Cooked Baby Shrimp
2 Green Onions, minced
2 tsp. Lemon Zest
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Whisk together the Alouette Soft Spreadable Cheese, eggs, and Creme Fraiche in a large bowl until well blended.
3. Stir in the shrimp, onion, and 1 tsp. lemon zest until well mixed.
4. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch, non-stick baking pan and bake for 30 minutes or until set.
5. Cut the warm frittata into squares and garnish with remaining lemon zest.
Hint: This recipe can be served warm or cold and cut into small squares for use as an appetizer.
