
Ingredients
1 Package Alouette Crumbled Blue Cheese (4 oz.)
1 Pear
15 Red Grapes
1 Bag Baby Arugula
4 oz. Red Wine Vinaigrette
Steps
1. Rinse and dry arugula and place in a serving bowl.
2. Split grapes in half and add to bowl.
3. Split and remove core from the pear and slice into 1/8 inch slices. Add to bowl.
4. Pour red wine vinaigrette into bowl and gently toss.
5. Sprinkle Alouette Crumbled Blue cheese on top and serve.
